Subject: Studybugs – report absence securely and help improve children’s health
Dear [PARENT],
We’re pleased to announce that Camp Hill Primary is introducing a new, more efficient and secure system for reporting your child’s absence due to illness, called Studybugs.
If you haven’t already, please get the free Studybugs app, or register on the Studybugs website, and use it to tell us whenever your child’s ill and unable to attend school.

Thank you,
Camp Hill Primary School
Top 3 reasons to use Studybugs
1. It’s integrated with our systems so we know right away if your child is unaccounted for.
2. It’s quick and easy to register and use and automatically reminds you to keep us posted.
3. You’ll be helping the NHS and other public health organisations improve children’s health. (https://studybugs.com/about/schools)
Parent update; Please check your emails for an update on our new cashless system ParentPay. If you have not received an email please contact us (via email) at admin2640@welearn365.com using the email address you would like the school to record on your child’s contact information.
Activation letters for ParentPay will be sent home this Friday 01.04.22. Please then activate your account as soon as possible as our current system PAY360 will be deactivated on Friday 01.04.22.

HELEN ARKELL DYSLEXIA CHARITY are able to offer free places on their HELP Parents Course to lower-income families. The courses help parents of children with dyslexia to support them at home with reading, spelling, maths and study skills. There are six online 1.5-hour sessions with support slides and recordings available if the parent cannot attend live. This is especially helpful while lots of children are doing their lessons at home.
