Hi Everyone! The teachers in Year 4 are Miss Howard and Mrs Morgan. We are very lucky to have three very experienced teaching assistants in our year group as well- Miss Broughton, Miss Palmer and Mrs Parker.

First and foremost we will be learning lots of new and exciting things in our topics of ancient Romans, Tudors and Poles Apart (North and South Poles).

We hope you enjoy looking at our page on the website,

Thank you,

The Year Four Team.

The school has started a new approach to spellings. Children have more control over which spellings they need to practise and they will test each other weekly.

Please practise your chosen spellings everyday at home to try and achieve super speller! Get an adult to test you at the weekend. Good luck!

In the first few weeks of this term we created some fantastic newspaper articles. They reported on a crime that apparently happened at the Lunt Roman Fort. Check out some of this fantastic work below!
