Year 3
Rainforest Roadshow - On the 23rd April, Year 3 were visited by Rainforest Sue. She told us lots of information and facts about the rainforests that she had visited and showed us some wonderful pictures of the animals and people that she had met. We also met some amazing rainforest animals. We touched giant millipedes and stick insects. We saw a scorpion under UV light and most of us were brave enough to hold Emily the tarantula. We finished the day by having our faces painted, making some rainforest beaded jewellery and doing some observational drawings of rainforest creatures. It was a fantastic day!
